This is the heart of Bethlehem Marathon Club.
We are more than just a running club—we are a family. Yes, we love running together, but our bond extends far beyond the road. We share challenges, commitments, victories, struggles, laughter, and sweat, all brought together by our passion for running and racing.
Running together teaches us determination, focus, and the power of perseverance. Each time we push past our limits, we grow, we celebrate, and we inspire one another.

Bethlehem Marathon Club – Together, We Go Further.
When we run together
Join us for our training runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 05:00am, starting from our clubhouse (corner of Baartman and Paul Laesecke streets).

Weekday runs: ±10km, including a mix of hills, speed work, and time trials.

Saturday runs: Longer, slower distances in and around Bethlehem.

We also organise social runs and often enjoy a coffee together afterward.

Every September, we host a fun run with a dress-up theme—because running should be fun too!
Our Races
• Surrender Hill Marathon – Hosted every March in Fouriesburg, Free State.
• Business Relay – Held in September/October in Bethlehem, where businesses compete in teams of 4 and run 1km per runner.
